フィリピンでボランティア活動を経験。厳しい環境下で懸命に生きる人々と触れ合う中で学んだのは、物資や制度と共に「その人の尊厳を認め、安心できる居場所があること」の重要性でした。この経験が、私の福祉に対する揺るぎない原点となっています。
帰国後は社会福祉法人での勤務を経て、現在は某都市の児童相談所で児童福祉司として、働いています。

Background & Origin: A Realization in the Philippines
I began my career as a company employee. Yet, throughout my daily work, one thought refused to leave my mind:
“If I could humbly add even a small amount of happiness to someone’s life with my own hands… even just a little…”
That quiet wish gradually transformed into a powerful urge to devote my entire being to exploring what “support” truly means. I didn’t want to only think about it—I wanted to feel it with my own hands, my own skin, my own breath.
After much struggle, I left my job and traveled alone to the Philippines.
There, among people striving to live under harsh conditions, I learned something essential: beyond material aid and systems, what truly matters is recognizing a person’s dignity and ensuring they have a place where they feel safe.
This experience became the unwavering foundation of my approach to social welfare.
After returning to Japan, I worked at a social welfare corporation and now serve as a Child Welfare Officer at a municipal Child Guidance Center, facing the diverse realities children and families carry.

My Vision: Making Sports a Familiar and Free Space for Expression
As a parent raising four children, I have seen firsthand how vital sports are for child development.
Yet modern extracurricular activities often come with high hurdles—monthly fees, transportation, strict rules—burdens for both parents and children.
I wanted to create a place where children could express themselves more freely and more casually, right within their community.
With the support of local partners, I launched “CHF Basketball Family (working title)” in June 2025.

Our Purpose: Nurturing Meaning and Self‑Esteem Through Parent–Child Experiences
Working in child welfare, I constantly confront harsh realities. Each time, I ask myself what I can do—not as a professional, but as a fellow human being.
For children to grow healthily, two things are indispensable:
- a place where they feel safe
- a positive relationship with their parents
When parents enjoy moving their bodies and cheer for their children, it not only builds exercise habits but also directly supports cognitive development—memory, focus, and more.
Education, at its core, is not merely the transfer of knowledge. It is the act of conveying the meaning of living.
Shared experiences—sweating together as one big community family—plant the seeds of strong self‑esteem in children’s hearts.

Coaching Philosophy: The Spirit of Street Culture and Diverse Experiences
Our club centers on basketball but incorporates futsal, badminton, skateboarding, pickleball, roller skating, and more.
(We also welcome pretend play and sticker trading—those are important forms of expression too.)
We avoid early specialization. By experiencing a wide range of movements, children develop their nervous systems and build a foundation for future possibilities.
We do not have professional coaches. Adults and children learn together, experimenting with ideas from books and the internet.
This reflects the spirit of street culture—sharpening one’s senses through play.
We see sports as a form of creative art: something to be shaped together through thinking, trying, failing, and collaborating.

私は長年、マルチリンガル（4か国語）としての感性を活かし、公教育や地域活動の現場で多くの子どもたちを指導してきました。World TESOL Academy認定教師としてのキャリアに加え、自身の子育てを通じて培った「子どもの発達・成長」に関する深い知見は、私の教育活動の基盤となっています。

キャリア： 来日後、豊中市・池田市の教育現場や国際交流センターにて講師を歴任。自身の「ジェネシス英会話センター」を運営する個人事業主。
資格・活動： World TESOL Academy認定教師。YouTubeチャンネル「Wonder4Kotoba」にて教育動画を配信中。

"Every child has the potential to become a successful learner." —— This is my core belief.
Born in Leyte, Philippines, I learned the profound importance of education from my father, a pastor. Since moving to Japan in 2011 and settling here in Ikeda, Osaka, I have dedicated 15 years to the community—as a mother raising four children and as an English educator witnessing the growth of local youth firsthand.
Our goal is not merely to refine athletic skills. It is to create a "sanctuary" where children can leap Beyond the Arc (their perceived limits) and step into the future with unwavering confidence.
■ Specialist in Education and Child Development
With a multilingual background (4 languages), I have spent years guiding children in public education and community activities. My career as a World TESOL Academy Certified Teacher, combined with deep insights into child development gained through parenting, forms the foundation of my educational approach.
Every child’s personality is unique. Embracing that diversity and drawing out hidden potential through positive energy is more than just education or social welfare—it is a form of "Art" (a creative act).

フィリピン、レイテ島で牧師の父から教育の重要性を学び、2011年に来日。ここ大阪府池田市に根ざして15年、4人の子どもを育てる母として、そして英語教師として、地域の子どもたちの成長を間近で見守ってきました。
私たちが目指すのは、単にスポーツの技術を磨く場所ではありません。子どもたちが自らの限界を超え、自信を持って未来へと踏み出せる「居場所」を創ることです。
